|BERE REGIS TIMETABLE 1949
The timetables for all of the routes - part twelve
|Routes 29 - 30 - 31|
The 29 provided the link from the county town to Piddlehinton Camp, an important source of traffic in those days from the military establishment. The 30 and 31 were routes from Marnhull in the north of the county, the former being a Monday service for Sturminster Newton market and the 31 a long Wednesday and Saturday route to Dorchester market, passing through Plush and Folly.
